MICROARRAY RESOURCE
The Microarray Resource at Yale is a
full service facility dedicated to providing RNA expression profiling
and DNA genotyping services using
Affymetrix
GeneChips,
Illumina BeadArrays,
NimbleGen arrays, Applied Biosystems 7900 instrumentation, as well as
inhouse spotted arrays. This resource is open to
both Yale and outside researchers.
