The PTI-QuantaMaster

The PTI-QuantaMaster can be used for many steady-state applications including DNA binding, Fret, and fluorescence kinetics. This is a very sensitive instrument, capable of gathering emission and excitation spectra as well as time based single wavelength measurements. The tunable Xenon Arc lamp is capable of excitation at any wavelength between 250-650nm. This instrument is also capable of performing lifetime measurements, with the use of LED excitation sources (295, 340, or 525nm).
