KARMA

 Keck ARray Manager and Annotator

Intra and inter-platform universal array comparison interface KARMA allows comparison of array content both within and across species for mouse and human glass slide arrays and Affymetrix chips offered through the Keck Resource. Data may also be retrieved based on specific search criteria. Array comparison is based on UniGene Cluster ID of any specific GenBank Accession number. UniGene ID and related annotation information is compiled from several publicly accessible databases, including UniGene, dbEST, Swiss-Prot, GeneMap99, RHdb, GeneCards and LocusLink.

The KARMA tool also allows query and comparisons between user entered gene lists for both commercial and custom arrays that are not provided by the Resource.
