PRIMARY ANALYSIS
Using GenePix
Pro 3.0 or 5.0 and appropriate .gal
files we can grid and analyze standard fluorescent
amino-allyl and Genisphere
dendrimer cy3/cy5 .tiff images
and provide spreadsheet data .gpr
files.
Using
ArrayVision
software we can analyze Genicon RLS
.tiff images and provide spreadsheet data.
Primary analysis can be done as part of a
full service project or to complete a project done in individual
investigators' lab.
Training sessions are provided for both GenePix
Pro 3.0 or 5.0 and
ArrayVision on a
cost-recovery basis. Please contact

Keck Biostatistics
Resource employing state-of-the-art commercial softwares such as
GeneSpring and a full range of academic softwares, algorithms and
approaches in the hands of trained biostatisticians on both a cost
