Gene Array Lists (GAL files) for use with GenePix Pro 3 >
software
Axon GenePix Pro3 (and higher versions) require a 4 column text file with a .gal
extension and a header which describes the array pattern. The files
below can be uploaded into the analysis using the "Load Array List"
browser in the GenePix.
This
array is printed with cDNAs in reverse order - slides printed in
this way have an additional label on them designating REVERSE
printing. Please check your slide and use the appropriate GAL file.
The file is adjusted so that the slide can be scanned in the usual
way with the label in your thumb and finger as you place the slide
in the
scanner.
Gene Databases for use
with QuantArray software
QuantArray
requires a 5 column Notepad file saved as Unicode. The files below
are Excel files which may be opened in Notepad and saved as Unicode
before using in QuantArray. Direct the file into QuantArray as a
"Gene Database".
