Gene Array Lists (GAL files) for use with GenePix Pro 3 > software

Axon GenePix Pro3 (and higher versions) require a 4 column text file with a .gal extension and a header which describes the array pattern. The files below can be uploaded into the analysis using the "Load Array List" browser in the GenePix.

* This array is printed with cDNAs in reverse order - slides printed in this way have an additional label on them designating REVERSE printing. Please check your slide and use the appropriate GAL file. The file is adjusted so that the slide can be scanned in the usual way with the label in your thumb and finger as you place the slide in the scanner.


Gene Databases for use with QuantArray software

QuantArray requires a 5 column Notepad file saved as Unicode. The files below are Excel files which may be opened in Notepad and saved as Unicode before using in QuantArray. Direct the file into QuantArray as a "Gene Database".
