Data Retrieval

We strongly recommend downloading your data as soon as possible and create your own back up copy for your records.

How to Download Data from Yale Microarray Database

1. Log in by selecting 'YMD login' in the menu above.
2. Enter the user login and password sent automatically when your account was activated.  You will be asked to change your password at this time.
3. Please click Simple Menu to view posted data. 
4. Affymetrix:  Affymetrix data should be viewable on this page.  Select the sample(s) to be downloaded by adding a checkmark(s) to the ‘Sample Name’ column.  The data will be sent to the email address in the box at the top of the page unless you change it.  Select ‘Submit Batch Download’.  A URL will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  You may then download the data from there.
5. Illumina and Nimblegen:  Please click button 'Download Illumina or Nimblegen Data'.  A Java Applet will launch.  Two directories should display shortly after-  on the left, your local system, on the right, your YMD data directory.  Select the data destination on the left and select the desired data on the right.  Select 'Download'.
