Small Scale Peptide Synthesis
Small scale, Fmoc peptide synthesis is carried out on a Rainin Symphony instrument that
provides on instrument cleavage of the peptide from the resin. This service is available
for peptides that generally range from 7 to 30 residues in length. Since the degree of
difficulty in synthesizing peptides is length, composition, and sequence dependent; some
peptides within this range will prove to be difficult to synthesize. Conversely, many
peptides can be synthesized via this service that are longer than 30 residues. If you are
contemplating requesting the small scale synthesis of a peptide that is longer than 30
residues we suggest you first email its sequence
to us so that we can advise you regarding its suitability for our small scale peptide
