Analytical Reverse Phase HPLC
Reverse phase HPLC is carried out on a YMC C-18 column (4 mm x 50 mm, 3 micron
particle size, 120 angstrom pore size support) that is eluted at 1 ml/min with the
following gradient where buffer A is 0.05% TFA in water and buffer B is 80% acetonitrile
in 0.05% TFA in water. Peptides are detected by their absorbance at 210 nm.
